Can I try Lewdly without a card?
Yes. A new account can create one free onboarding image with no card required. Availability still depends on a supported model being active.
How are tokens released?
Weekly plans release their tokens every week; every other plan releases them every month, so quarterly and annual plans do not hand them out all at once. Each photo or clip uses tokens depending on the model you pick.
Is LoRA training included in Premium Plus?
Yes. Premium Plus includes one LoRA training every 30 days. Extra trainings cost 250 tokens.
Which price do I actually pay?
The checkout shows the final price, the included tokens and the renewal terms for the option you pick, before you pay. The lower first payment on Premium is for eligible new customers.
Can I cancel a subscription renewal?
You can submit a cancellation request from Wallet. Contact contact@lewdly.ai to confirm both your Lewdly access and the billing provider's renewal status.
How do refunds work?
Refund questions are purchase-specific. Contact contact@lewdly.ai from the account email with the charge date and purchase details so support can review the request.
